Before you write
Is the consultation really free?+
Yes - 30 minutes, no commitment. We come to you, listen, answer questions, and give you a written summary of options afterwards.
Do you respond on weekends?+
Saturday messages are answered Saturday afternoon when possible. Sunday messages get a response first thing Monday morning.
What information should I have ready?+
Just an honest picture of the situation - what's working, what isn't, what worries you. We don't need diagnoses or paperwork to start the conversation.
Will I be put on a waitlist?+
Most service lines have immediate availability. For specialty care, we may match you with an interim plan while we line up the right caregiver.
